Our client, a mid-sized and highly regarded Law Firm, is seeking an enthusiastic People Partner to join their small yet successful Human Resources team.
The People Partner will take the lead on key HR projects, including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Talent Mapping, Performance Management and Learning & Development, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions to suit their teams. In addition, the People Partner will work closely with the Head of People to deliver larger-scale projects as required, such as harmonisation, and will play an active role in developing the HR Advisor and HR Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to expand their experience, or an ambitious Senior HR Advisor to take the next step up in their career.
The ideal candidate will ideally be from a Legal or Professional Services background, with hands-on experience collaborating with senior stakeholders. Strong generalist knowledge across the full HR remit is essential, with c. 2+ years experience in a Senior Advisor / Business Partner level role. Experience mentoring junior colleagues is highly advantageous and you must be experienced in working as part of a small team, where an adaptable approach is required.
