LP People & Talent are delighted to be partnering with an established Wealth Management firm, seeking a knowledgeable Head of HR to lead their People operations.
This newly created role will be proactive in overhauling existing HR practices, embedding tailored processes and ensuring watertight policies are in place. HR is fairly new to this organisation, so the ideal candidate will have previous exposure in building operational HR functions from scratch. Although initially a standalone role, there is headcount in place for an HR Coordinator to support transactional pieces and a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage recruitment; this role, therefore, provides the prime opportunity for an established HR professional to build their own team and own the whole in a receptive and collaborative organisation.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, CIPD-qualified professional with extensive exposure to the full generalist remit at a Senior level. Experience in a standalone capacity or leading a small team is highly desirable, as the role will require a self-starter who is confident in owning the whole and building from scratch. Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law is essential to the position, as the Head of HR will be the key advisor on such matters to the Executive Leadership Team.
£65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus
