LP People & Talent are delighted to be working with an established Insurance firm, seeking a commercially astute and hands-on HR Business Partner to support the operational arm of their business.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HRBP will be proactive in engaging senior stakeholders to identify key people issues and provide tailored solutions. This will further involve developing impactful initiatives to maintain and curate a high-performing culture across the workforce, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, L&D and the Reward teams to deliver a fully comprehensive partnering service.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified and from an Insurance or other Financial Services background, with solid exposure at Business Partner level (3+ years). Extensive experience partnering with senior stakeholders (up to and including executive level) is essential, as a high-touch approach will be required to effectively fulfil the role.
£70,000 – £75,000 + Bonus
