LP People & Talent are delighted to be partnering with a unique business in the Technology sector, seeking an experienced and people-centric HR Advisor to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior HR Advisor will operate across the full spectrum of HR deliverables, assuming a crucial role within a small yet supportive HR function. This will include full cycle Recruitment, Employee Relations, Engagement and lifecycle pieces. This organisation is going through an exciting period of change, allowing plenty of scope for project work and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a talent for developing fantastic working relationships, able to engage stakeholders at all levels of the business. A UK-employment law expert with a strong ER background, the Senior HR Advisor will also be hands-on in supporting stakeholders to swiftly address issues to create a culture of support and openness, as well as developing their teams and driving the business forward through high performance. Full generalist experience, including recruitment, is essential, as the Senior HR Advisor will take a lead on key HR workstreams and be the go-to person for line managers and employees alike.
