The role will form a crucial part of the UK Talent Acquisition team, offering a full TA service to the Games Development and Commercial teams in the UK. This organisation seeks first-class talent and values its people above all else, so your role will involve curating pipelines of highly qualified individuals and uncovering niche skill sets to hire the best professionals in the Technology industry.
The TA Partner will also work closely with stakeholders to manage the recruitment process, ensuring the delivery of a quality candidate experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing employer branding and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice in the market.
The ideal candidate will be from a Games Development background or other App-based product organisation, ideally in the start-up space. Fantastic networking capabilities are key, as the role will include niche hiring in a highly competitive sector. This is a hands-on, full 360 role, so solid exposure to the full recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing and candidate management, will be essential to success.
£60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Share Options
