Our client is a growing force within the trading technology market, seeking a versed and energetic Technology Recruiter to play a crucial role in achieving their ambitious growth targets. This newly created role will be the first hire in the Head of Talent’s team, offering endless opportunities to get stuck in and help shape the future of the function.
The Technical TA Partner will manage a cross-section of roles from initial scope through to offer, collaborating with Senior Stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective delivery. This organisation focuses on securing world-class talent, so strong networking capabilities and out-of-the-box sourcing methods are a must for a successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have solid exposure in an internal 360 role in the Technology or Fintech sector. This is a deep tech organisation, so experience in sourcing candidates for relevant roles (Engineering, Quant Research, Blockchain etc.) is an essential requirement. Exposure to rapidly scaling or start-up environments is highly desirable, given that this role will be involved in embedding the TA function and will require an adaptable and hands-on approach.
